The safe custody of machine will be your responsibility.
Power & Paper consumption will be to your account.
Machine to be operated by only skilled operator.
The contract will be for a period of 1 YEAR which can be mutually extended
The Company reserves the right to carry out in its discretion to repairs / or replacement as the case may be of all Copier either at the location or at the company’s workshop in case major repairs are to be carried out.
A standby Copier will be provided immediately if the printer is found faulty.
The Customer hereby undertakes to keep the printer clean, ensuring its correct operation, correctly reporting problems relating to printers to Company’s Engineer from time to time and preventing misuse of the Copier.
The maintenance service shall be rendered only during working days (i.e. Monday to Saturday).
Due to an accident, misuse, abuse, fire, failure of or use of non-standard electrical power, water entry damage All the expenses due to power failure & any physical damage to Copier will be borne by your company.
Comprehensive AMC Includes ( Total Printer Assembly& Parts).
The Copier will remain the Asset of SHREEJI COMPUTERS.
Payment Terms:
The Price Quoted above is net, VAT Tax 4%extra
We will submit the Bill at the end of every month which should be paid to us within 7 days
